At PYP – Pick Your Painting, we strive to ensure every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience. Please review our return and refund terms below.

🔹 Returns

• Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

🔹 Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned artwork is received and verified.

• The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout.

🔹 No Return Scenarios

The following cases are not eligible for return:

• Customized or commissioned artworks

• Minor color variations caused by differences in screen resolution or lighting
